Using thorough, comprehensive evaluations for children (ages 7-11) and adolescents (ages 12-18), our aim is to provide insights for the child, parent, and even the school when necessary. Our psychological evaluation reports are strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and they generate pathways for both aspirational and realistic success. We look at the whole child, taking a bio-psycho-social approach to assessment and analysis.

We offer therapy for ages 7-22, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills, motivational interviewing and solution-focused counseling. 

We offer family consultation, parent training and coaching and/or attending IEP/504 meetings after completing an evaluation and/or after working with your child in therapy on a regular basis. We review and interpret school records and can offer recommendations and suggestions for next steps at school.

Self-Pay: 

• $1000-$1800 (Autism/ADHD/Anxiety)
• $900-$1200 

(Dyslexia/Dysgraphia/Dyscalculia)

• $1200-$2000 (Psycho-educational evaluation)
• $350 (Early Entry for Kindergarten)
• Sliding Scale for Medicaid-Eligible and Underinsured

• In-Network with Aetna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC
• We can submit out of network claims with United Health Care (Optum)

Self-Pay: 

• $190 for intake/initial session
• $155 for 55-60 minute session
• $115 for 45-50 minute session

Self-Pay:

• $155 per hour (pro-rated) for parenting support including post-diagnosis support
• $155 per hour (pro-rated) for record reviews, interviews, document prep
• $155 per hour (pro-rated) for school meetings
